That an administrative penalty in the amount of R68 425,88 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of the restaurant, coffee roastery and shop, events management office and training academy as well as the weekend harvest market operating from Remainder Stellenbosch Farm 741, Lourensford Estate.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planners’ report.
