UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for deletion of restrictive title deed conditions for Remainder Erf 44335 Cape Town, as set out in Annexure A, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
b. The application for deletion of conditions for an existing approval, as set out in Annexure A, for Remainder Erf 44335 Cape Town, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
c. The application for the rezoning of Erf 44312 Cape Town from Open Space Zone 2 to Single Residential Zone 1, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
d. The application for consent in terms of Item 21(c) of the Development Management Scheme to permit Remainder Erf 44335 and Erf 44312 Cape Town to be used as a place of instruction, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to conditions imposed in Annexure A.
e. The application for consolidation of Remainder Erf 44335 and Erf 44312 Cape Town, BE APPROVED, in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
f. The application for departures for Remainder Erf 44335 & Erf 44312 Cape Town, as contained in Annexure A, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
