An administrative penalty in the amount of R 27 957.60 BE APPROVED in terms of section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 171612 Cape Town, for the extensions of the garages and dwellings as per the plan drawn by Gene Kelly dated 2016-10-31 and numbered 2904.
