a. The application departures as set out in Annexure A, on Erf 951 Ottery BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with plan Nos 951/01, /02, /03, /04, /06, all Revision A, all dated 30-03-16, drawn by Deon Fords Design Services

b. The application for the relaxation of title deed conditions, as set out in Annexure A, on Erf 951 Ottery BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with plan Nos 951/01, /02, /03, /04, /06, all Revision A, all dated 30-03-16, drawn by Deon Fords Design Services

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s
report

1.2 Item 22 (d): to permit the verandah to be setback 0m in lieu of 3m from the western common boundary.
