UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED:
That the application for Consent Use in respect of Erf 9559, Bellville, to allow for a place of instruction (aftercare caring for 20 children), BE APPROVED in terms of section 98(b)(iii) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 in accordance with the Site Plan attached as Annexure C, subject to conditions as stipulated in Annexure A.
CONDITIONS IMPOSED IN TERMS OF SECTION 100 OF THE CITY OF CAPE TOWN MUNICIPAL PLANNING BY-LAW, 2015
Condition 5 amended as follows:
5. That the hours of the operation of the aftercare shall be limited and restricted to 12:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday during school terms and 07:00 to 18:00 during school holidays.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planners’ report.
