That the application for Permanent Departure to permit the relaxation of the 1.5 m lateral building line, as per township approval, to 0.0 m to accommodate the proposed garage and pergola on Erf 17106, Durbanville, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 in accordance with building Plan No A1, dated 06/2016.
