UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED
a. That the application for the removal of restrictive title conditions B. (b) – (d) of title deed T 61629/98 relating to portion 112 of farm 311 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, subject to the conditions stipulated in Annexure A.
b. That the application for the removal of restrictive title conditions B. (b) – (d) of title deed T 13139/96 relating to on portion 113 of farm 311, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, subject to the conditions stipulated in Annexure A.
c. That the application for subdivision of erf 11672, Langeberg into two portions consisting of 1815m² for portion A and the remainder consisting of 10 466m² in terms of Section 42 (d) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, as per the subdivision plan, Plan No 672-2.1 rev 2 dated 19/01/2017 attached as Annexure C1, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, subject to the conditions stipulated in Annexure A.
d. That the application for subdivision of portion 113 of farm 311 into two portions consisting of 1592 m² for Portion B and 5724m² for the Remainder portion in terms of Section 42 (d) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, as per the subdivision plan, Plan No 672-2.2 dated 10/06/2016 attached as Annexure C2, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, subject to the conditions stipulated in Annexure A.
e. That the application for subdivision of portion 112 of Farm 311, Langeberg, into two portions consisting of 18m² for portion C and 8503m² in extent for the remainder portion, in terms of Section 42 (d) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, as per the subdivision plan, Plan No 672-2.3 dated 10/06/2016 attached as Annexure C3, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, subject to the conditions stipulated in Annexure A.
f. That the application for consolidation of portions Portion B of 1592m² in extent, with portion C 18m² in extent, to form portion D consisting of 1610m² in extent, in terms of Section 42 (f) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, as per the consolidation plan, Plan No 672-2.4 dated 10/06/2016 attached as Annexure C4, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, subject to the conditions stipulated in Annexure A.
g. That the application for rezoning of portion A of erf 11672 and consolidated portion D (a portion of portion 112 & 113 of farm 311) to Single Residential 1, in terms of Section 42 (a) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, as per the consolidation plan, Plan No 672-2.5 dated 10/06/2016 attached as Annexure C5, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, subject to the conditions stipulated in Annexure A.
h. That the application for consolidation of remaining portions 84, 85, 86, remainder erf 11672, remainder of portions 112 & 113 of farm 311, to form a consolidated erf of 5, 4700 ha in extent, in terms of Section 42 (f) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, as per the consolidation plan, Plan No 672-2.5 dated 10/06/2016 attached as Annexure C6, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, subject to the conditions stipulated in Annexure A.
i. That the application for the rezoning of the consolidated portion (of 5, 4700 ha) to subdivisional area as per the subdivision plan, Plan No 672-2.7 dated 20/01/2017 attached as Annexure C6, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, subject to the conditions stipulated in Annexure A.
j. That the subdivision of the consolidated portion (of 5,47 ha) into 94 General Residential Zone 1 erven, 2 General Zone 2 erven (to permit 120 apartments), 7 Open Space Zone 3 erven and 1 Utility Zone erf in terms of Section 42(d) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, as per the subdivision plan, Plan No 672-2.7 dated 20/01/2017 attached as Annexure C6, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, subject to the conditions stipulated in Annexure A.
k. That the Site Development Plan on the proposed consolidated remaining portions 84, 85, 86, remainder erf 11672 and remainder of portions 112 & 113 of farm 311 as per the Site Development Plan, Drawing No 085/01 rev 2 dated 31/01/2017 attached as Annexure C7 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, subject to the conditions stipulated in Annexure A.
l. That the application for the numbering and naming of new streets, namely Adam Drive, Bee DRIVE, Ambler Crescent and Wehrli Drive in respect of the development on Portions 84, 85, 86, 112 and 113 of farm 311 and erf 11672, Langeberg Ridge, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 in accordance with Site Development Plan No 085/01 Revision 2 dated 31/01/2017 attached as Annexure C7, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.

2. PLANNING & BUILDING DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT
2.3 To be amended as follows: “That the OA take transfer of the private road and private open space, simultaneously with the transfer or separate registration of the first deducted land portion in such a phase.”
