a) That the application for relaxation of the 3.0m common boundary building line to 0.0m to permit dwelling extensions (first floor addition) BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (c) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions on Annexure A of the report.
b) That the application for relaxation of the 5.0m street building line to 3.5m for a carport and 3.0m common boundary building line to 0.0m to permit dwelling extensions (sunroom) BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b)(i) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions on Annexure A of the report.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planners’ report.
