UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 5 000.00 BE APPROVED in terms of section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Remainder Erf 45141 and Erf 45142 Cape Town, in relation to the non-compliance with conditions of approval and the erection of buildings and structures within a heritage protection overlay zone without approval.
