UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED
a. That the application for Permanent Departure to permit the erection of extensions set back 1.73m in lieu of 3m from the north western lateral boundary of Erf 10456, Durbanville, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the City of Cape town Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 in accordance with Plan No 14-10456-03, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. That the application for Permanent Departure to permit the erection of extensions set back 2.285m in lieu of 3m from the rear boundary of Erf 10456, Durbanville, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 in accordance with Plan No 14-10456-03, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planners’ report.
