UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED:
That the application for permanent departure in respect of erf 39208, Bellville, in order to allow the construction of a telecommunication base station with a freestanding, 25 m high tree-type mast onto the common boundary in lieu of the 3,0 m common boundary building line, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, in accordance with the Site Plan attached as Annexure D.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planners’ report.
