UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED:
a) That the application for relaxation of a restrictive title deed condition C.6 (c) of Title Deed T44028/94 in respect of Erf 3071, Goodwood, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law to permit the relaxation of the 50% permissible coverage to 60%.
b) That the application for relaxation of a restrictive title deed condition C.6(d) of Title Deed T44028/94 in respect of Erf 3071, Goodwood, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law to permit the relaxation of the 1.57m lateral common building line line to 0.0m for the construction of a domestic staff quarters and veranda and 3.15m rear building line to 0.0m for the construction of a domestic staff quarters.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planners’ report.
