That the application for permanent departure in respect of erf 6487, Parow, in order to allow the proposed carport to encroach the 3,0m building line along the property’s southern common boundary to 0,36m, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(i) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, in accordance with the submitted Plan No. AK/16/095, dated 15 May 2016, attached as Annexure D.
