UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED:
That an administrative penalty of 0.1% (R3237.00) be imposed for the unlawful Place of Instruction land use on Erf 3531, 283 Durban Road, Bellville BE APPROVED in terms of section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
1. The nature and gravity is not serious.
2. Contravention is of short duration.
3. The good conduct of the owner who applied immediately when made aware of the contravention.
