A 10% administrative penalty in the amount of R 32 832.00 BE APPROVED in terms of section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 79548 Cape Town for the ±54m² of building work that contravenes the Development Management Scheme.
