A 30% administrative penalty in the amount of R 2 160.00 BE APPROVED in terms of section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of the unauthorised building work on Erf 28499 Cape Town at Mowbray, as reflected on the plan drawn by Olden & Associates numbers OA 1432-3 dated November 2016.
