UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
A 5% administrative penalty of R 12 190.30, in terms of Section 129 of the Municipal Planning By-Law, for, ERF 198, Bantry Bay, 13 Craigrownie Road, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
1. Although the type of alterations is not incompatible with the context of the street, their size and gravity is considered serious.
2. As far as it can be ascertained, the owner of the property has not previously contravened this By-Law or any other planning law.
