UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for regulation departures for 4 commercial vehicles in lieu of 1 and to exceed the maximum gross weight on remainder Erf 2511 IS REFUSED in terms of section 98(c) of the Municipal Planning By-Law.
