UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. An admin penalty in the amount of R 113 13.10 (10%) IS APPROVED in terms of section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning Amendment By-Law, 2016 in respect of Erf 4780 located at 17 Eastcourt Road, Eersteriver.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
1 The activity is substantial in nature and occupies 28% of the property.
2 No record could be found of previous contraventions of the By-Law or of any other planning law by the owner.
3 He applicant has taken the necessary steps to regularize the unauthorized tavern.
