UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a) The application for permanent departures of Erf 1874 Camps Bay, as indicated in annexure A IS APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
b) The application for the amendment of title deed condition, Clause E.5 (d) of the Title Deed No T 57445/2003, in respect of Erf 1874 Camps Bay, IS APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) (ii) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, in accordance to attached Annexure D.
REASONS FOR DECISION
1. The built form of the proposal will conform to the area.
2. The proposal is in keeping with the character of the area and will not impact on the existing rights.
3. The proposal complies with the Table Bay District Plan Policy and with section 99 (3) of the Cape Town Municipal Planning Bylaw, 2015.
4. The proposal is compatible with the surrounding land uses.
