UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a) The application for consent use in terms of item 21 (c) of the Development Management Scheme to permit the operation of a house shop on erf 19321, 18 Albow Road, Rugby (Cape Town), IS APPROVED in terms of section 98 (c) of the Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to conditions in Annexure H.
REASONS FOR DECISION
1 The scale of the activity is low key and has socio-economic benefits to the community
2 Pedestrians are safe and it is conveniently located
3 This application is temporary in nature and complies with the Koeberg Management Plan
4 Conditions have been imposed to mitigate any possible adverse impacts
