UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. An administrative penalty of R 0, 00, in terms of Section 129 of the Municipal Planning By-Law, for, ERF 14154, Woodstock, 71 Balfour Street, IS APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
REASONS FOR DECISION
1. The nature of the contravention is low key and the gravity is not serious.
2. Minimal adverse impact on the natural or developed environment of the area, or on the safety and welfare of the community is anticipated.
3. All required Heritage maintenance issues have been dealt with.
4. As far as it can be ascertained, the owner of the property has not previously contravened this By-Law or any other planning law.
5. The applicant is not responsible for the unauthorized building work.
