UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a) That a 5% administrative penalty of R 17 957.00, in terms of Section 129 of the Municipal Planning By-Law, for Erf 405, Camps Bay, 7 The Meadows Road, IS APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
REASONS FOR DECISION
1. The nature of the contravention is significant.
2. The land use and administrative penalty applications was submitted after a
notice was served on the owner.
3. As far as it can be ascertained, the owner of the property has not
previously contravened this By-Law or any other planning law.
