a) An admin penalty in the amount of R 15 501.19 IS APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By- Law,2015 in respect of Erf 13138, Milnerton in accordance with plan no: Erf 13138, Milnerton; dated 22/02/2016.
REASONS FOR DECISION
1. The owner was well aware of the contravention prior to its commencement.
2. Nevertheless, the contravention entails an activity which contributes positively to the character of the area as well as to employment creation.
3. Such activity also presents no threat to the safety, health or wellbeing of the surrounding property owners.
