UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a) That an administrative penalty in the amount of R 707.85 IS APPROVED in
terms of section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of erf 2530, Protea Park, Atlantis.
REASONS FOR DECISION
1. The applicant did not highlight any specific reason why building plans were
not submitted.
2. The safety aspect in respect of moving a disabled person from a stationary
vehicle may however be considered a mitigating factor.
