UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED

a) The application for Section 42 (i) – Consent Use in respect of Erf 12150, Bellville BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, to operate a funeral parlour on the property in accordance with the site plan numbered ERF 12150 / 1 / 2015, attached as Annexure H, subject to the conditions attached as Annexure A.

REASONS FOR DECISION:

1. Sufficient on-site parking options are available for both the tenants of the flat units and traffic generated with the funeral parlour.
2. The operational model of the funeral parlour is deemed to not have a negative impact on the well-being of the surrounding community or the property rights of surrounding property owners.
