RESOLVED that having considered the City of Cape Town Traffic Calming Policy and the recommendation from Transport Planning & Network Management Department;
a) Union Street, Gardens is considered non-compliant with the Traffic Calming
Policy Directives Section 7(3) and Section 7(2) and;
b) Therefore circumstances do not exist to justify the implementation of traffic
calming measures along Union Street
