RESOLVED that having considered the City of Cape Town Traffic Calming Policy and the recommendation from Transport Planning & Network Management Department;
a) Circumstances do not exist to justify the implementation of traffic calming
measures within Queens Park Avenue.
b) Roads adjacent to and leading to schools are the primary focus of attention.
c) Therefore recommend NO remedial measures in Queens Park Avenue
