Resolution detail

RESOLVED that having considered the City of Cape Town Traffic Calming Policy and the recommendation from Transport Planning & Network Management Department;

     a) Salisbury Street do have a potential to be considered compliant with the
         Traffic Calming Policy Directives Section 4(a) and Section 4(b).
 
     b) It be noted that public open spaces falls within the Ward Councilor’s budget in
         line with Section 4 (a) and Section 4(b) of traffic calming policy directives.
 
     c) Therefore, ward councilor should advise further and make a final decision as
         prescribe on the mentioned sections
