Resolution detail

It is recommended that the lease of portion of a Public Place, Erf 11269 Milnerton, situated at Tern Street, Milnerton, Table View shown hatched and lettered ABCD on the attached plan TA 1148v1 marked Annexure A, in extent approximately 96m², to Jide Zhang, owner of Erf 11181 Milnerton or his successor in title, be approved subject, to inter alia the following conditions, that;
                   

1.  A tariff rental of R 566.09 per annum excluding VAT calculated at the rate applicable as the time of the transaction be payable. Rates not applicable;

2. The lease will endure for a period of 10 years;

3. The rental will be adjusted annually in terms of the rental tariffs structure as approved by Council;

4. The property be used for gardening and security purposes only;

5. Subject to such further conditions imposed by the Director: Property Management in terms of her delegated authority;

6. Subject to compliance with any other statutory requirements;
7. No compensation will be payable for any improvement made to the property;

8. All outstanding accounts with the City of Cape Town be settled;

1. No permanent structure may encroach onto the leased portion of land.

10. Open Serve infrastructure will not be affected. However, care should still be taken should it be evident that there is in fact Open Serve network present on the actual sites.
