It is recommended that the lease of a portion of City land, being a portion of the Remainder of Erf 34393 Bellville, situated at Agapanthus Avenue, Welgedacht, as shown hatched and lettered ABCD and EFGHJKL on the attached Plan TA 1178v1 marked Annexure A, in extent approximately 47 and 34m2 respectively, to Jennifer Marsh, owner of the adjacent Erf 34332 Bellville, or her successors-in-title, be approved subject to inter alia the following conditions, that:

A tariff rental of R566, 09 per annum excluding VAT calculated at the rate applicable at the time of transaction be payable. Rates not applicable;

The lease will endure for a period of 10 years;

Rental will be adjusted annually in terms of the rental tariff structure as approved by Council;

The property be used for garden and security purpose only;

Subject to such further conditions imposed by the Director: Property Management in terms of her delegated authority;

Subject to compliance with any other statutory requirements;

No compensation will be payable for any improvement made to the property.
