RESOLVED to RECOMMEND that Erf 13814 Cape Town in extent 32 288m2, indicated as ABCD on Plan 130008528, as Annexure “A” attached to the report, be reserved for the Housing Development Department, subject to the following conditions:

The subject property shall be utilised as a vertical high density affordable residential development;

Housing Development Department takes cognisance and agree to comply with the internal branch comments listed under Paragraph 8;

The said Department accepts full responsibility for the management and maintenance of the land and any structure to be erected thereon, including maintenance, utility consumption, security and content insurance, as is applicable;

That all costs related to the above be provided for by the Human Settlements Directorate.
