Resolution detail

 RESOLVED to RECOMMEND that the lease of portion of public street, unregistered state land, abutting erf 163045 Cape Town, situated in Buitengracht Street, Cape Town shown hatched and lettered ABCDEFG on the sketch marked annexure A attached to the report, in extent approximately 138m², to Green Willows Prop 9 (Pty) Ltd, or their successors in title, BE APPROVED subject to inter alia the following conditions:
 

1. A tariff rental of R 1 261.00 per annum including VAT calculated at the rate applicable at the time of transaction be payable.  Rates not applicable;

2. The lease will endure for a period of ten years, subject to any time two month’s notice of termination

3. The rental will be adjusted annually in terms of the rental tariff structure as approved by Council;

4. The property be used for gardening purposes only;

5. Subject to such further conditions to be imposed by the Director: Property Management in terms of her delegated authority;

6. Subject to compliance with any other statutory requirements;
