1)Subcouncil 18 supports the decision to review and rescind the previous decision, to NOT SUPPORT the application ;
2)Subcouncil 18 supports the Motion to SUPPORT the proposed lease of City land , being erf 2046 and a portion of erf 2047/2, Grassy Park, Blesbok Avenue, Lotus River, Lotus River Youth Club, subject to the comments that will be agreed upon at the Subcouncil meeting.
