That an administrative penalty in the amount of R3 500.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 1698, Parow in accordance with plan no K7291-M16/137dated 24/01/2019 attached as Annexure B.
