An administrative penalty for the unauthorised land use (mechanical workshop) in the amount of R 2 000.00 in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 erf 16277, 21 Bloubekkie Street, Lentegeur, Mitchells Plan BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 98(b)(i) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
