An administrative penalty in the amount of R 600.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 58688 Cape Town in accordance with plan no EUNOS/01/ 2018 dated 18th July 2018.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to amend reason 4:
Misleading information was provided regarding the duration of the contravention.
