An administrative penalty in the amount of R 150.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 59174, Mitchells Plain in accordance with Plan No : GC1618 dated 29 January 2018, attached hereto as Annexure B.
