UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
The application in terms of Section 42(b) for the relaxation of the 3m common building line on erf 8494 (adjacent to erf 8495) to 2.42m in order to allow for the regularization of the existing garage converted into a study and laundry room, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with drawing number ST & SECPL 01/17 Dated 2 March 2017.

REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to add the following:

This approval regularizes the existing development
The departures granted is of a minor nature
