That an administrative penalty in the amount of R200.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of the unauthorised building work on Erf 6903 Guguletu, in accordance with Plan No 01/832/18 drawn by M.C. Fataar dated 11th July 2017.
