About
Our MyEstate mobile housing office is an ‘office on wheels’ that travels across Cape Town, taking housing services to tenants in rental units in areas where there are no permanent housing offices.
The mobile office has been operating since 2017 and since then has logged thousands of housing-related queries on behalf of CRU tenants.
In addition to general housing enquires, the mobile office assists with:
- completing lease agreements
- general enquiries
- housing database queries and new applications
- logging service requests on behalf of tenants
- making arrangements for rental accounts in arrears
- rent relief applications

The MyEstate mobile office travels from area to area, depending on the schedule.
You can find the MyEstate mobile housing office, on weekdays from 09:00 – 15:00 in one of the below areas.
