That an administrative penalty in the amount of R10 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 65106 Cape Town at Kenilworth, for the extentions to the place of instruction as per the plans drawn by Munnik Visser Architects with drawing numbers 101 (Rev A) and 102 (Rev A), both dated May 2018.
