UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for amendment of restrictive title deed conditions as set out in Annexure A, of Erf 32542, 76 Gunner’s Circle Epping Industria 1 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 in accordance with the plans in Annexure C.
b. The application for the deletion of all conditions as contained in item 1 of attached Annexure A relating to an existing approval in respect of Erf 32542, 76 Gunner’s Circle Epping Industria 1, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 subject to conditions contained in Annexure A attached.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report
