UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for departures, as set out in Annexure A, on Erf 1759, Camps Bay, be approved in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town MPBL, 2015, in accordance with Annexure D.
b. The application for the relaxation of restrictive title deed conditions, as set out in Annexure A, on Erf 1759, Camps Bay, be approved in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, in accordance with Annexure D.
