The applications for departures for erven 2204 & 2205 subdivided from erf 2127 green point, 38y ocean view drive BE REFUSED in terms of Section 98(c) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT REFUSED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to:
Delete 7.1.1 and update numbering sequence
New 7.1.5 (after numbering update):
the proposal has a significant impact on the scenic drive.
