UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for consent, as set out on Annexure A, for Erf 15886 and Remainder Erf 16397 Cape Town at Salt River BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. The application for consolidation, as set out on Annexure A, for Erf 15886 and Remainder Erf 16397 Cape Town at Salt River BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, as per the plan in Annexure C, as per the plan in Annexure C, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
c. The application for the departures, as set out on Annexure A, for Erf 15886 and Remainder Erf 16397 Cape Town at Salt River BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, as per the plan in Annexure D, as per the plan in Annexure C, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
