UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for City approval in terms of the Development Management Scheme, to permit a use within a Heritage Protection Overlay Zone as set out in Annexure A, on Erven 25570 and 25571 Cape Town at Observatory, BE REFUSED in terms of Section 98(c) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law 2015.
b. The application for a temporary departure, as set out in Annexure A, on Erven 25570 and 25571 Cape Town at Observatory, BE REFUSED in terms of Section 98(c) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law 2015.
