UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for removal of title deed restrictions for Erf 106 Joubert Road, Green Point, as set out in Annexure A. BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015.
b. The application for the subdivision of Erf 106, Joubert Road, Green Point into two portions (Portion A. approximately 269 m2 and Portion B. approximately 285m2), BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, subject to the conditions set out in attached Annexure A and as shown in Annexure C2.
c. The application for departure for Erf 106, Joubert Road, Green Point, as set out in attached Annexure A, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, subject to the conditions set out in attached Annexure A and as shown in Annexure C1.
d. The application for City approval to permit an alternative parking supply, for Erf 106, Joubert Road, Green Point, as set out in attached Annexure A, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, subject to the conditions set out in attached Annexure A as shown in Annexure C1.
