An administrative penalty in the amount of R 20 000.00 for the unauthorised land use and R 6 000.00 for the unauthorised building work BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning Amendment By-Law, 2016 in respect of Erf 25793, Observatory.
