An administrative penalty in the amount of R 3 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of erf 200, 7 Nettleton Road, Clifton.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to amend the 2nd bullet point:
The owner made a deliberate decision to proceed despite all the approvals not being in place; the conduct has therefore been willful
Add new 4th bullet point:
The gravity is not considered to be particularly serious.
